Reinforcement mesh

Threaded steel mesh is a mesh structure product made by welding or weaving threaded steel bars (with longitudinal ribs on the surface, also known as deformed steel bars). It is widely used in fields such as construction and infrastructure, mainly for enhancing structural strength and dispersing loads.

Materials and Structures：

The raw material is high-strength threaded steel bars. The horizontal and vertical ribs on its surface can enhance the grip with concrete, making the steel mesh more firmly bonded with concrete, thereby improving the overall load-bearing capacity of the structure.

Performance Advantage：

High strength: Threaded steel itself has a high tensile strength (usually ≥ 335MPa, while high-strength grades can reach over 500MPa), and the overall structure of the mesh is stable, which can effectively resist external impact and deformation.

Uniform force distribution: The mesh structure can achieve more uniform load distribution, effectively preventing concrete structure cracking caused by local stress concentration, thereby improving the durability of the project.

Specifications:

The diameter of steel wire: The diameter of threaded steel bars is usually 6 millimeters to 16 millimeters, and the specific selection depends on the strength requirements of the project. For example, 6mm to 10mm is commonly used for floor slabs, while 12mm to 16mm may be used for large infrastructure projects.

Grid size: determined by structural design. Small grids (such as 50mm x 50mm) are suitable for thin concrete layers (such as ground cushion layers), while large grids (such as 150mm x 150mm) are suitable for thick plates or roadbeds.

Size: The common width is 1 meter to 2 meters, and the length is 2 meters to 6 meters. Customized cutting can be carried out according to different construction scenarios.
